The "Empower of youth" project is a youth exchange , created by the youth from Poland, Czechia, Greece and Italy. The project aims is to promote volunteering. It is also about self-development and self-awareness of young people about their skills and competences. The essence of it is to make young people aware that they need to develop. During the exchange participants will be able to practice their abilities in practice. During workshop and field games they will be able to know themselves. Also experience in meeting with volunteers will open up new opportunities for them. The aim of our project is to promote by us and our colleagues the competences necessary for active participation in social and professional life. We want this project to be able to focus on personal development and activation in professional life. The basic goal is to increase our chances on the labor market by realizing what key competences and soft skills are and how to stimulate them. We want to show alternative opportunities to gain knowledge and experience-volunteering
