Our goal is to provide an effective learning experience to improve skills of authentic communication within the immediate community. We don’t believe that whipping mobile phones off hands of the youth will make them feeling more happy and connected. Together, we want to create the space so exciting, positive and beneficial to their wellness that they will hardly find a time to cling to their handies. This is guaranteed by the excellent learning program, the stunning nature of Polish Tatra Mountains, non-formal and experiential learning principles, experienced and dedicated partners and the organizers. However, we are not there to tell them how to communicate or live better. They are there to explore this themselves. It is young people who will be designing and delivering activities, learning and experimenting with NVC, using their skills, potentials and expertise. And we want to exploit our participants. We want them to share this experience and spread the news that Erasmus+ youth exchanges posses the life changing potential available for everyone. In one week our participants will know more about their learning profiles and preferences. They will learn to communicate more emphatically and effectively through a practice of non-judgmental observation and understanding of needs, beliefs and emotions. They will learn about group dynamics and team roles. They will experience some coaching tools to define their qualities and possibilities. They will make decisions important for themselves and their nearest community. They will be responsive, initiative and responsible.
