The main objectives of the "Cultures around the Europe" project are: - intercultural integration of young people through learning about the culture, art, tradition and history of other European countries, - breaking down stereotypes that are rooted in culture and discovering similarities among participants of the project among European Union countries,} - indication of common development paths and ways of integration of countries participating in the project, - creating for young people a plane on which they can develop their skills and gain new life and professional experience by organizing, coordinating and summarizing a self-conducted project within the Erasmus + program, - personal development of project participants, through commitment at every stage of the project implementation, - building a new network of partnerships between organizations participating in the project, based on the active work of young people involved in the project, - promotion of the Erasmus + program among young people and providing a wide range of information on the opportunities offered by active participation in the program, - creating an educational board game that will contain interesting facts about each of the countries participating in the exchange, - recording a video-relation of a cultural exhibition carried out during the exchange of a cultural exhibition for the local community and video reports from activities during the youth exchange, The project that we would like to implement is a direct response to the needs of our newly created organization. The members of our Foundation are people who have experience both at the level of various types of local and international projects. They are people who actively participate (or participated) in the Erasmus + program. The project is not only an opportunity for us to implement plans that have been going through our heads for a long time, but it will also allow us to involve new members and implement them in our activities. People involved in the creation of the project are members not only of our organization but also members of our partner organizations. The idea for the implementation of this type of action arose in our heads during the youth exchange, in which we had the opportunity to participate last year. It was during the summary of the exchange that we started to plan the outline of the project that we would like to implement together. The project is directly connected with our passions, which are widely understood culture and art. By implementing our project, we also want to open up young people to the European community, overcome their fear of what is foreign and learn tolerance and together find a way to integrate and strengthen cooperation between individual European countries. The main activity of our project will be the exchange of young people, which we will carry out in Poland on 23.08-01.09.2019 in Murzasichle. The exchange will be attended by 32 young people who will come from Poland, Croatia, Romania and Greece. The exchange will be an important activity of our project and the effect of actions undertaken by project participants. The initial schedule of our activities was planned in such a way that each of the participants of our project had a significant impact on taking up the activity and brought as much knowledge, experience and skills to each other as possible. It is very important for me that our project group should be as diverse as possible, which is why our activities have involved young people with fewer opportunities that result, for example, from their place of residence - small towns distant from large cities. Diversity of the group will allow us to emphasize the learning process of participants who, through the exchange of experience and knowledge, will broaden their horizons and will be able to look at the same things from different perspectives. We also plan that our project will affect not only its participants, but also the surrounding environment, both during the exchange of youth in Poland and in the countries from which they come. Acquired skills will be the basis for participants to start their own independent activities, eg in local communities, interest in the topic of European integration and improve the quality of activities of our projects. During the exchange, all classes that will be prepared by participants will be conducted in accordance with the principles of informal education. Classes will take place in the form of workshops, various types of games, discussions, presentations, films, outdoor activities, etc. Classes will mainly focus on topics related to the culture of each country, history, common features, and what will be a very important element also topics that are controversial and often overlooked today, such as the culture of mass media and its impact on today's society.
