Our project is aimed at supporting young people with current problems and challenges of the 21st century, future studies, career, first job are very important topics in present times. Our workshops will combine the breaking of cultural and language barriers together with practical exercises regarding the career. In the future, young people will feel more confident in their activities in working with foreigners, choosing a job abroad, creating their own company or a youth organization. Our youth will be more aware of other cultures, European themes, will be tolerant and empathetic. The development of skills, talents will provide classes on self-presentation, workshops in international groups, company management, creating your own business idea. Thanks to thematic blocks, simulations and discussions as well as workshops, they will learn how to present themselves on job interviews, talks about internship, will be able to use innate talents, increase self-confidence and confidence in their own skills and predispositions
