The main objective planned by partners of the training course is to equip participants and organisations with simple and universal tools of fostering social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities in their local activities. The project is designed as a very practical and methods oriented activity. Trough development of competences of their staff partners intend to address the problem of not sufficient resources of partner organisations to tackle the problem of social exclusion at the local level, lack of proactive attitude of their youth workers (afraid to take actions without appropriate preparation), and need to understand shades and roots of marginalisation of young people in today’s Europe. The training course in a form designed by partners covers all those areas and in our opinion will be an important step to broaden our actions to marginalised groups of youth in the future. All participating organisations, despite different levels of experience and different target groups they work with, wish to be able to professionalize their work on social inclusion.
