In an international team, we would like to prepare music and theater performance. The title of the project indicates our goals - Unnoticed in a crowd - Beside that we are preparing performance that the main aim is discovering yourself, we also want to start a conversation about problems that youth have to face with, in XXI century. Sometimes even if it seems like they are living among people the truth is different. At the time they could be dealing with loneliness, struggling with their problems and can't find any help. Kind of like they are hidden in a crowd - not coping with their problems, forgetting about their talents, although they are unique, they don't appreciate themselves, running into various addictions, drugs and even falling into depression. Different reactions and behaviors are the screams of despair of a young person whom no one wants to hear. The main aim of the youth exchange is realizing your passions and discovering your identity as a person created by God in a beautiful way. With many talents that can and should be used for a good purpose, carrying help to others who are weaker and lost in the racing world. An interesting fact is that in our group there are people from various religious denominations, similarly, partner groups are not church groups. All the more so the exchange of views can broaden our horizons. To achieve our purpose, on the one hand, we will be doing daily discussions and talks about values that we follow in our everyday life when making different choices. On the other hand, we will be preparing performance consisting of a musical and a theater part. The performance will be prepared by us during the joint workshops where people are going to be divided into workshop groups. The project will serve to shape the character of teenagers from our groups and also pursuing their interests in a creative way well targeted. For the duration of the project, youth will be working in teams compatible with their interests preparing the program for the performance. Music, media, art, dance and sports workshops, talks, group work, lectures, and discussions will be used for realizing the project. During the entire project, we will work first in national groups in our countries, and then in Wisla for 9 days in teams responsible for the various parts of the program, sharing responsibility so that each of us can experience the influence that it can exert through our own commitment. Each of us will be more sensitized to the needs of people in its environment and we will also get to know better tools to reach people. For example film, music, dance, and broadly understood media. Our youth exchange is to be a tool for shaping positive attitudes towards oneself but also to another person regardless of age, nationality, and religion.
