The "Boost Your Future" youth exchange project is meant to be a game for participants - an interesting, full of twists and turns to achieve goals (also in real life). The name itself can say a lot about the main purpose of the exchange. We are planning to create space for participants to determine their individual development paths in the socio-professional field, so that they can better manage themselves and their potential in the future. All thanks to inviting them to various educational activities inspired by methods present in such forms of creative play as: LARP / RPG / storytelling. We will use all these elements to create a unique role-playing game and play it, whose created form can later be used with other participants. Promoting this final action will also help us to implement Flash Mob that stimulates the local community and heralds the effects of exchange.
