We as young people have to face the challenges of the labor market and confront their ideas, expectations and attitudes with reality. When analyzing labor markets in our countries, we can easily see that there are still some forms of discrimination. In the media and our everyday life, we also have to deal with hate speech. That is why it is important for us to make us and our peers and local communities aware that this attitude is bad and does not serve anyone. We decided to enter the following items for the main goals of our project together with our colleagues. - Promoting equality, social cohesion and civic participation - development of attitudes against hate speech, discrimination - Raising awareness about knowledge about stereotypes and prejudices - raising awareness of defense mechanisms against discrimination - Raising awareness in the area of stop action, speak hate speech - Encouraging participants to an active attitude and a greater commitment to public life, to develop an attitude of conscious and active citizenship; - Equalizing opportunities, among others, through the development of key competences and other skills such as: ability to use new technologies, social and civic competences, communication skills
