Background

Entrepreneurial attitudes are shaped to a different extent at many levels of education. Unfortunately, programs, methods and tools prepared to shape entrepreneurial attitudes are developed for recipients using all channels of information reception. They often do not take into account the delays and difficulties resulting from the problem of disability. Particularly in this respect, a disadvantaged group are the deaf and hard of hearing, who, due to hearing disorders, often exist on the fringes of social, professional or civic participation. For their lasting and true inclusion, more space should be devoted to entrepreneurship education of deaf and hard of hearing people and to shape their views more in a disadvantaged group. The applicant, noticing the needs in the field of: building the potential of young people, improving key competences, improving the skills necessary in the labor market and improving the quality of education, proposed a project that responds to the educational challenges of the 21st century.
