The Project, through its European Development Plan (PDE) https://www.edufor.pt/erasmus+ka1/ intended and was a very good contribution to: Combating failure and school leaving through the development of measures that promote a inclusive school; Knowledge acquisition, sharing and implementation of innovative teaching and assessment methodologies; Acquisition of knowledge and development of leadership and management skills that promote change; Improvement of foreign language skills of teaching staff, hence students. The concrete objectives: Promote the success of all students; Foster greater collaboration among teachers for a culture of sharing and reflection on teaching practice leading to continuous improvement; Promote the acquisition and sharing of knowledge and the development of leadership and management skills that promote change and openness to other cultural realities; Promote knowledge about Europe, its institutions and the sharing of common values; Improve professional skills of training opportunities in European countries; Increase participation in European and international projects (Structured Courses, Job Shadowing and Teaching Missions).
CFAE EduFor, headquartered in AE de Mangualde, has an active organizational and pedagogical relationship with its Schools, promoting changes in methodologies, attitudes, behaviors and strategies that improve teaching practices, with EduFor being a reference for good practices in training and pedagogical projects. In this project we wanted to revitalize and deepen knowledge and skills related to the pedagogical use of Digital Training, focusing on the planning and use of learning scenarios, in the classroom, in training promoting activities planned for the active role of students; invest in training in the context of ICL - Brussels, to continue training teachers for the Inclusive School. Our teachers already had experience in coordinating “ALL in the Digit@l l2 World; Invest in Capacity; Inov@r with IQ; Innovative Learning Environments, EduFor Innovative Classroom L@b, 2016. http://icl.edufor.pt/. We look for innovation, integration, curricular articulation, pedagogical processes of evaluation, reflection and networking, between Schools, inside and outside EduFor.
