Develop organizational skills, giving priority to collaborative work between teachers from different cycles and schools and to peer training; according to the legal framework in force (D.L. 55/2018); Develop pedagogical skills, increasing innovative methodologies and tools, especially in languages and experimental science teaching, capable of motivating students, improving learning and reducing the risk of dropping out of school; Participate in national and European projects in order to provide professionals the contact with other educational realities, with a view to optimizing their practices; Promote active citizenship, collaboratively developing the sharing of experiences and knowledge; Train Human Resources, present new tools, methodologies and best practices. Promote quality in education and training, inspiring other group members to participate and develop skills/initiatives that can help change, through sharing practices and knowledge. Improve linguistic competence as a fundamental instrument of communication and intervention in the European community; Strengthen the union between the different schools of the grouping.
The application for this project aimed to achieve the following objectives for our grouping of schools: Investing in the professional development of teachers, namely in the European and international dimensions, promoting a culture of educational success. Valuing knowledge as a path to training and personal enrichment, essential for the integral formation of the individual. Reinforce pedagogical leaders who are motivated and committed to learning and educational success; Promote integration and inclusion, valuing work, effort, respect for others, in a perspective of excellence, through motivating educational environments that culminate in 0% dropout rates; Develop projects that promote local, national and international socio-cultural knowledge. Strengthen a school grouping culture, covering the entire educational community with respect for diversity. Minimize the skills gap, inclusion and other social challenges to new realities.
