Improve the quality of teaching. There are subjects that have not yet reached a proper level of success and others that urgently need to improve their quality. On the other hand, we created new disciplines, based on Essential Learning and on the Profile of Students, which imply other methods and collaborative and cooperative work between teachers and a greater diversity of teaching methodologies. These new subjects, inspired by models that we learned on other AK1 and that we adapted to the reality of our cluster of schools, also had to be supported by the activities of the training courses. In fact, the activities provided by the training courses are opportunities for teachers and non-teachers to develop teaching, curriculum and school management skills with European peer organizations, also with similar challenges or others that make us reflect on our similarities and differences. Our cluster of Schools has to be a nice place to study and work, so it is necessary to create educational structures that make it attractive and competitive. Teachers, students and staff, in their diversity, must understand the European, educational and labor market challenges.
The different Erasmus experiences, AK1 and AK2, have had a significant impact on changing teaching and learning methods, especially with in what concerns foreign languages, improving communication between peers and even on management and organization processes. We considered that there was still room to progress and to reinforce knowledge and disseminate it in a useful way in our school community.
