Our project aimed to promote the use of new methodologies and technologies that engage students in a perspective of thinking, doing and solving by developing group work and collaborative skills. To achieve these objectives we encourage training in the following areas: IBSE (student and research based teaching methodology), STEM (acquisition of new tools and method in the area of Science and Technology), Programming and Robotics.
Our candidature follows the objectives defined in the educational project of our School Grouping which aims to "develop a quality scientific education and promote a strong human and linguistic education". We also have a School Grouping that is characterised by a good school environment, respectful of differences, and with good school results, but which intends to improve the competences linked to autonomy and critical spirit. Other aspects for the implementation of this project, is due to the aging of the teaching population and the need to give them training and promote motivation for innovative teaching practices with the use of information and communication technologies, as well as programming and robotics.
