This application was born from the need to be open to the outside, promoting professional development through contact with different educational systems and cultures. The training, sharing of experiences, the possibility of developing projects with similar schools in a European context, potentiated the effective change of practices. Our work is based on valuing collaboration and pedagogical innovation to promote the success of each student, from an inclusive perspective, and the professional development of teachers. International collaboration was decisive in the quality of student success, due to the impact that training its educational agents can provide (need to expand). The experience lived in the pilot project of Autonomy and Curricular Flexibility highlighted the need for greater investment in teacher training in key areas related to their practice in the didactic context (need to innovate). The training focused on creating more inclusive learning environments, responding to the diversity of situations: cultures, learning styles, specific needs related to cognitive, social, cultural and emotional characteristics of students (need to include).
