The key points we wanted to implement will be: * The need to diversify teaching and learning methods - assessment according to European models * Reduce that young people drop out of school prematurely and are at serious risk of becoming unemployed and socially marginalized. * Through Erasmus+ it would be an effective instrument to promote the inclusion of people from disadvantaged backgrounds, including newly arrived migrants. Most of the participants have limited experience in teaching professional courses, and we wanted them to grow professionally, learn about the European education system, develop new skills, acquire teaching-learning methods and evaluation techniques that help them to innovate in education, act, in order to facilitate the socio-professional insertion of students. * Develop communication skills in a foreign language to be used in managing European partnerships and accessing the eTwinning platform * In the long term, we want to diversify professional level profiles through these experiences
