The main objectives of the AE are: the promotion of a culture of evaluation of the internal and external control systems: significant improvement: at the organizational and administrative level and at the pedagogical level, effective fight against school dropout and failure; improvement of the results of our students in the final exams and external evaluation of the Group. The present project aimed to be a pillar for achieving these goals outlined by the AE. In this process, the training of teaching and non-teaching staff is extremely important. Hence the importance of promoting training initiatives that facilitate contact with other forms of school organization for teachers and non-teachers, as well as new active methodologies and the use of new tools. The areas we intend to focus on are: Inclusion, Collaborative work between teachers and students, student autonomy and Assessment. Bearing in mind the budget reduction, we will focus more on Inclusion, collaborative work and assessment. eminently practical because we believe that it is at this level that teachers have the most difficulty - moving from theory to action, and that is where the biggest weaknesses arise, both in the process of learning and evaluation.
This project was designed in order to constitute a response that aims to improve the educational service of the AEFCPS (Agrupamento de Escolas Fernando Casimiro Pereira da Silva). The name of the project - Inclusion, Collaboration and Evaluation - Innovation leaders - reflects the internal reflection on the training areas that have emerged, as well as those that we still need to deepen within our educational community. We intend that this training project encourages changes at the organizational, administrative, but above all pedagogical levels. It is a continuation project, started in the previous KA1 project, already implemented and which proved to be a pillar of all the ongoing work at AEFCPS. The AE's European Development Plan (EDP) was designed to respond to this mission "To promote the success and quality of learning for all students by strengthening the autonomy of schools in the design and adoption of their own educational projects, which include the introduction of organizational and pedagogical changes, in particular at the didactic level and curriculum management, aiming to respond to their specific needs and, at the same time, promote a better alignment of educational practices with the dynamics of today's society."
