The application to this project was based on the growing professional and institutional development of our School, based on its internationalization and based on a European educational path started in the previous school year with the first mobilities under the Erasmus + Program. We seek to reflect institutionally on our training needs. This reflection allowed us to define a guideline with regard to the objectives for this project. Therefore, we continue to prioritize a path of development sustained in truly significant learning, through the operationalization of the project based learning and based on the CLIL methodology. At the same time, our School maintained its commitment to the area of Curricular Flexibility, in all teaching cycles, as a pilot school monitored by the Ministry of Education. We also prioritize the strengthening of skills in terms of Inclusive Education and learning of the Arts. Therefore, with this project we intend to optimize the learning of our students, observing innovative, differentiated, creative and inclusive educational practices, based on the following objectives: - Optimize skills in the area of Inclusive Education as a humanistic, democratic approach, which understands the students and their singularities, aiming at their cognitive, personal and social development and at a total insertion in the educational community; - Observe teaching practices that promote dynamic, active and student-centered learning and their autonomy, based on project work methodology and curriculum flexibility; - Optimize/restructure the educational spaces of our institution, making them enhancers in the construction of meaningful learning; - Prioritize the teaching of the arts within an education oriented towards the development of creativity; - Participate in workshops, seminars, conferences and lectures that promote active, dynamic, creative, differentiating and inclusive methodologies; - Enhance the practice of bilingual teaching (CLIL), through Job Shadowing activities.
