We have well-defined important objectives, such as: © Improve the level of essential competences and skills with regard, in particular, to their relevance to the labor market and their contribution to a cohesive society, namely through more mobility opportunities for learning purposes and enhanced cooperation between the world of education and training and the world of work; © promoting improvements in terms of quality, innovation, excellence and internationalization, at the level of education and training institutions, namely through the promotion of transnational cooperation between education and training organizations and other interested parties; © promote and raise awareness of the creation of a European area of lifelong learning that complements political reforms at national level and supports the modernization of education and training systems, including through strengthening political cooperation, better use of instruments transparency and recognition of the EU and the dissemination of good practices; © strengthen the international dimension of education and training, namely through cooperation between institutions of the Program and partner countries in the field of vocational education and training (EP), improving the attractiveness of European education institutions and supporting external action by EU, including its development objectives, by promoting mobility and cooperation between educational institutions in the Program and Partner Countries and strengthening specific capacities in Partner Countries; © improving language teaching and learning and promoting the EU's wide linguistic diversity and sensitivity to different cultures.
The Ministry of Education "enforced" the 50% policy in public schools. For this reason, many teachers have never worked with students in professional courses before, they are entering a world and a teaching methodology totally different from regular education. Many students are being directed to professional courses, knowing that today our young people do not know what they want in their future and their future perspective is a hole with a light deep inside. We have detected several problems with different aspects such as the teaching component, teaching / learning / assessment, the teacher / student relationship, modules, innovation of methods and training plans. Trainees have no experience in the world of work, and their experience in this type of project will open up new life, work, new horizons and language skills.
