Objectives

The implementation of this project sought above all to increase the transversal skills of our EA staff, in order to fulfill our main objectives: to increase the participation of the adult population in Lifelong Learning activities, guaranteeing training offers that correspond to the their real needs, as well as methodologies capable of keeping the public in constant connection with EPATV and EA. Thus, we sought to anticipate the challenges posed by a society in constant and rapid change, preparing and providing our employees with the necessary tools to promote, within our organization, a positive change, especially in the work developed with our target audience, whether through the RVCC process, FMC (certified modular training) or EFA (Adult Education and Training) courses.

Background

International cooperation projects, whether strategic partnership or mobility, are an excellent opportunity to promote a positive change that EPATV has been wanting to implement in its educational and institutional project. In fact, this was the first mobility project for the Adult Education staff for which EPATV applied, after being pleasantly surprised by the impacts of other projects implemented by the school under the KA2 measure. These motivated the desire of our staff to participate in the activities resulting from the projects and the visible interest in the first results presented. This mobility project for EA staff is part of EPATV's constant search to implement an organizational development strategy that increases quality and innovation in EA. And this did not fail to involve awareness of what is happening at the level of national public policies, but also at an international level, allowing this project to share intervention methodologies, practices or learning among peers that would benefit all the parties involved. , including our target audience.
