The foreseen objectives for this project were: - All the Staff and other members of the institution, previously selected, became completely aware of the changes in pedagogical practices within the institution, in the courses given in the context of Adult Education. This staff was more motivated for their functions in the aforementioned scope, having been able to change practices in the foreseen scope, and given that, despite the setbacks of the pandemic and other unforeseen events that have arisen, we were able to carry out all the training activities planned in the application - structured courses and Jobshadowing.
The application to this project was due to fullfill training needs within the scope of the institution's European Development Plan, namely in order to facilitate teaching/learning in the context of Adult Education, allowing participants to acquire and develop skills with a view to improving results. From these needs, the following stand out: - provide trainers with the most updated and differentiated pedagogical tools that allow greater motivation on adult learners with a view to a better integration of adults in education and consequently in the society in which they are inserted, and the use ICT as innovative tools with a goald of timprovement in digital literacy of learners; - develop language skills in Foreign Language, English, together with teaching/learning methodologies of foreign languages applied to adult learners; - apply drama as a training tool for adult learners to develop self-esteem and facilitate their integration into an active citizenship with an European dimension; to combat exclusion, developing the motivation for the knowledge of their own culture and respect for different cultural values, through artistic activities and awareness of European values, in a perspective of active inclusion.
