As part of the goals that the School aims to achieve, we highlight the enhancement of the European dimension through the ERASMUS Programme. The Project's implementation, articulated with the pedagogical work developed, allowed the promotion of awareness of European citizenship with support in the use of multilingual skills; the promotion of a culture based on sharing and joining projects of a transnational nature and the celebration of cultural events; the promotion of a national identity as a support for the promotion of a European culture; the stimulation of a pedagogical practice based on the values of tolerance; the construction of a European dimension of education based on the development of a spirit of interest and respect for the culture and traditions of other regions. We also aim to increase proficiency in foreign languages; encourage students to have critical thinking and a self-learning ability; enhance the use of IT as work platforms that promote innovation and promote collaborative and networking based on online platforms. The achievement of these goals required a motivated team with adequate training in environments of self-assessment, reflection and self-learning between students and teachers.
Individual mobility for learning purposes gives our students the opportunity to improve skills, increase employability and gain cultural awareness, which extends to our staff and graduates, with the necessary adjustments. This is the main reason that justifies the participation in the Project and it is in this line of thought that we continue the developed work within the scope of the ERASMUS Program, framed by our VET Mobility Charter. From the principle “Using the experience of the past and envisioning the future”, and having as an inspiring idea the title of the EUROMOBILITY Project – The future is now, access to the Program stems from the fact that the School values education/training from a perspective of internationalization of experiences, with the ultimate aim of increasing students' motivation levels, fostering the development of technical, linguistic and social skills and the araisen of conscientious citizens. The internationalization of education is a reality today, increased by the movements carried out through the ERASMUS Program and the increasing use of digital learning, as well as the possibility of developing flexible learning paths in line with the needs and goals of learners.
