We intend to continue all the work developed over the past several years never neglecting our 2020-2025 internationalization strategy, we proposed to carry out a set of activities with the objective of providing all participants, as much inclusive as possible, European mobility experiences for active citizenship and an experience of one's European identity in all its diversity. Thus, all participants, young people in initial training, graduate students and staff, were able to enjoy mobility experiences in different European contexts, satisfying their needs not only at a technical and professional level, but also at a social and personal level. On the other hand, we continue to focus on working closely with companies in our region, with which we dialogue, questioning them about their needs, in order to equip our young people with the essential skills for their future insertion in a job market. increasingly demanding and competitive work environment, not only on a regional or national scale, but also on a European scale. One of the objectives is also the increasing participation of young people with fewer opportunities.
This project fits, first of all, in the Strategic Plan for Internationalization 2020/2025 of our School. We understand that our project is part of a line of continuity of what has been our work over the last few years within the scope of European projects. Initially, as a Leonardo da Vinci Program and more recently with the Erasmus+ Programme. However, it is our conviction that we can and must improve our practice in order to benefit our young people (trainees and graduates) and our teachers and trainers (staff), promoting the development of skills and the sharing of knowledge. If we take into account the context of change that is currently experienced in the European space, it is urgent that our young people and, also, professionals, all European citizens, are challenged and prepared for the opportunities that are offered to them in a broader context. To this end, our mobility experiences are a tool that encourages, through the sharing of experiences and good practices, the appreciation and promotion of European citizenship and European cultural heritage, understanding the specificities of each one of us. We want more and more to be EUROPE.
