In the European Development Plan, the objectives integrated into the specificity of the Erasmus+ Program are articulated with the school's Educational Project. The choice of these objectives, integrated within the scope of the program to which we apply, aim to improve the level of essential skills and aptitudes of students, adapting them to those required by the job market. Contributing to greater social cohesion, reducing school dropout rates, increasing completion rates and employability implies an effective use of new technologies, a constant updating of curricula and an assessment aspect based on competences. At the same time, purposes of strengthening citizenship and language skills are challenges that we intend to achieve. With regard to Teachers and Staff, it was intended, together with the partners, to improve efficiency and provide the public with a more effective service. And bring new readings to the teaching-learning process. Likewise, identifying innovative strategies of proven effectiveness and enhancing opportunities for improvement in functions can contribute to a more efficient school management and organization environment.
Vocational Education only gains qualitative expression if there is a real interaction of learning with the market sectors, reference of the courses we promote. Educational Projects, such as Profitecla's, determine this and mobilities are a way to better understand the contexts of action within the areas, allowing students to have a more comprehensive thinking logic, solidifying knowledge and broadening their horizons. Applying for this kind of project is, therefore, one of the actions that we refer to as being of greatest value in the operational contexts of the courses. Internships with partners who are ready to enrich the curricular foundations, which value the direct action of the operation and provide them with different experiences, are a way to enhance the effectiveness of learning. In an increasingly closer Europe, it is perhaps the richest process of personal ennobling: social, labor and cultural. And the results say so. Post-mobility indicators guarantee the evolution and ratify the candidates' option.
