Objectives

WHAT WE WANT TO ACHIEVE In the European reality, there is still an identity to be defined that hinders its evolution. Future generations (young people) tend not to assume inclusive and participative attitudes, based on dialogue and intercultural diversity, resulting in scenarios of social exclusion and fragmentation of identity. These scenarios are uncertain, complex, dynamic and are expressed in conditions of youth precariousness at various levels (labour, social, economic, etc.). In addition, there is a growing crisis of refugees, asylum seekers and migrants, which makes the variation of these scenarios increasingly present in societies. The problem identified is social exclusion and the identity fragmentation of young Europeans due to the absence of inclusive and empowering youth strategies for social dialogue and cultural diversity. To this end, it is crucial to promote the capacitation and give new experiences to young workers who work with young people to define new strategies that respond to Europe's diversity and interculturality, foster dialogue, social values, respect and, at the same time, the critical sense. That being said, the reason for moving forward with the project is to stimulate moments of reflection, sharing, debate and discussion in order to conceive, define and implement new youth strategies that effectively and efficiently generate impacts in young people. OBJETIVES Promote: a) The capacitation of youth workers for the development of skills and learning; b) The capacitation of youth workers to define current youth strategies, adjusted and contextualized to the reality of young people; c) The work of youth workers among young people and policy makers as a means of social change; d) The social inclusion of young Europeans; e) The social dialogue between young Europeans; f) The cultural diversity among young Europeans; g) The consolidation of the European identity; h) The social participation of young Europeans; i) The methodology of non-formal education as a participatory and voluntary methodology; j) The internationalization of the work of youth organisations.
