Since 1980’s the term “exclusion” has been originated and widely spread through Europe and beyond. This involves different dimensions (economic, social, political, cultural etc).social exclusion,Ostracism, and rejection represent ubiquitous phenomena in society that cause extremely harmful consequences and could be related with children, youth and adults Key Features of exclusion are determined by a multi-layer deprivation of basic human rights, that is visible in various places: social media, neighborhoods, schools and workplaces. Causes and effects of poverty, discrimination and disadvantage are parts of social inclusion. In modern societies a lot of young people are affected by social exclusion, rooted in social inequalities and described as a process characterized by denial of entitlement to resources and services;denial of the right to participate on equal terms in social relationships in economic, social, cultural or political areas Some other reasons for exclusion are: poverty, disability, racism, discrimination. Thus, social exclusion forces the youth to be isolated and placed outside the world without accessibility to opportunities. When social embeddedness and belonging are threatened – social exclusion anxiety intensifies. Furthermore, a lot young people who are not excluded are not able to detect and respond to exclusion in their communities and support their peers with fewer opportunities. For effective positive changes, building strong inclusive society is crucial. It could be fulfilled by empowering, fostering education and trainings, opportunity to employment, influence political decision making affecting youth participation in social and cultural life. One more important aspect is creating real inclusion tied specially to NFL as an important tool for engagement of the youth and getting to know different people and culture.
