To engage, empower and equip young people from rural environments, to be active agents of change in their communities. Providing them with the time and space to discover and reflect on the challenge of those and start building innovative, diverse and sustainable solutions for themselves, their rural environments and for a prosperous future of these communities. In this Youth Exchange we want to explore the needs of young people and our place in the communities, build the sense of belonging and eagerness to get involved, working together towards goals with knowledge and skills making economical, demographic and geographical obstacles obsolete. The biggest issue is the lack of opportunities for young people that lead to migration and increase NEET youngsters in rural communities. By encouraging entrepreneurial spirit, providing skills, increasing network capacities, and showing good examples we want to answer to these needs. Improve life quality, empower young people to become leaders of their communities, and develop social capital to the level of fully participatory society. We aim that young people lead the progress in rural communities and use the Erasmus+ programme as a tool to implement positive changes.
