Background

A set of week points of our establishment were established as a result of a SWOT analyze, the level of migration and school drop-out included. A strategy was developed to minimize this fact by the Development Plan of our institution for the period 2017-2021. The present project is part of this strategy. We applied for this project to minimize the number of our students who decide to be transferred to other high-schools from our city or who decide to drop-out the school. To achieve this target, we proposed to improve the attractiveness of learning process and to create a non-discriminate, equitable and safe place. Another reason to apply to this project was to offer to our colleagues the possibility to add an international perspective to them continuous personal and professional developments. The achievement of this opportunity led to our establishment an important European opening.
