We started from the analysis of the identified needs and chose the following objectives that we would like to achieve through the participation of teachers in the activities of this project: 1. Perfecting the school's management strategies (including the ability to improve the European dimension of the school), for at least 5 members of the Board of Directors who will participate in the "Job Shadowing" activity in Portugal and/or in the training event in Finland. 2. The improvement and development of the management and organization strategies of the student classes for the 5 teachers/leaders participating in the class management course, until the end of 2020; 3. Improving communication skills for the teachers participating in the project's activities and especially for the 5 participants in the "Communicative skills for European teachers" course, until the end of the project; 4. Improvement and innovation of teaching-learning-evaluation teaching strategies (including the use of modern electronic media), for at least 8 participants in the project, until the end of the project.
We applied for this project because we are aware that the Erasmus+ program is a really useful program where all participants improve their professional/personal skills and achieve their proposed goals by participating in the activities organized within it. In our high school we have identified, following the analyzes carried out, a series of needs that we believe we can alleviate considerably by implementing the activities of this project. The needs that we wanted to reduce or even eliminate were the following: - the use of outdated communication methods between teachers, between teachers and students, between leaders and students, as well as between leaders and the parents of the students in their classes; - the use of some ineffective methods, styles and means of managing the class of students through which the leaders fail to eliminate discipline or learning problems among the students in their classes:; - uses outdated teaching strategies (methods, means, resources) that did not have the role of motivating and attracting students. Consequently, the skills acquired by the end of the high school cycle, they did not reach European standards. This problem was present in all curricular areas and all disciplines;
