1. Decreasing the absenteeism rate by 7% at the lower level of the high school classes (9th and 10th grades) and by 5% at the upper level (11th and 12th grades), during the school year 2019-2020; 2. Increasing students' motivation by implementing a number of 3 innovative activities in the teaching-learning process during the 2019-2020 school year, within each curricular area; 3. Reduction by 20% (a number of 5 cases) of the bullying effect during the school year 2019-2020.
We have applied for this project in order to solve the following problems that our College has faced: 1. Combating the increasing absenteeism from year to year and decreasing the dropout rate; 2. The development of new strategies and teaching methods that will draw the students' attention and bring them closer to school; 3. Significant decrease in cases of bullying in school in the context of intensification of this phenomenon at school level;
