Teachers participating in training courses to diversify their activities with students, to avoid early school leaving, to learn innovative methods and techniques, to meet the individual needs of all students in difficulty, to manage and solve more easily behavioral problems among students, to review and develop their personal and professional skills, consolidating confidence in promoting innovative and active pedagogies that respond to social and cultural diversity, as well as to improve their ability to communicate in a foreign language, in order to initiate a new partnership by the end of the project period
Albesti Gymnasium School No. 1 has opted to send 10 teachers in the Czech Republic and Cyprus, in order to form a nucleus of specialists capable of managing the problem of absenteeism / school dropout, to involve school teachers in solving the problems of students with special needs, especially those with SEN or other clinical problems, to properly manage bullying situations at school level. The course participants were chosen from preprimary, primary and secondary education to include the following directions of intervention: prevention of early school leaving and dropout, application of innovative methods of classroom management, acquisition of new communication skills, teaching and effective learning. , addressing effective techniques for directing students' behavior (indiscipline, racism, aggression) during educational activities and finding individual solutions for our students by creating a friendly work environment, consistency of techniques and accessibility of knowledge.
