The main objective of the project was- the improvement of the teachers' competences in the violence phenomenon to improve the atmosphere among students, teachers, parents and community. The specific objects of the project were: 1) being aware of the severe students' behaviour, conflicts' solutions and improvement of the students' behaviour with the involvement of 8 teachers (school masters and teachers) by the end of December 2020.There were improved important fields as human resources and community relations. 2) enrichment of the 8 teachers' portfolios with special techniques and instruments against agression between students by the end of December 2020. The objective is inserted in curricula resouces and human resources/ enlargement of the didactical resources/ diversity of the educational offer. 3) fading control with 10% of the students' conflicts after the teachers preparation by the end of December 2020- the objective is included in the management field.
Vasile Pârvan "School is in Bârlad, Vaslui county in East part of Romania, a poor region of the country and UE where unemplyment of 8,15% really affects people. Vasile Pârvan School has 37 teachers and 526 students, many of them with great financial difficulties (8% of the students with single parents, 7% of the students with unemplyment parents 2%of the students from the gipsy ethnic group, 3% of the students from the remigration, 12% students with parents gone abroad to work,8% studens that are put into institutional care, 6% students with special needs). According with an internal study made in school, there are registered high levels of oral herrasments, bullying, cyberbullying and even phisic aggressions between the students- it was recorded a suicidal attempt by a schoolgirl because of a bullying situation. These problems couldn't be solved involving students, teachers and legal institutions as CJRAE, Police, DGASP, Bârlad. The teachers did some special activities Net Hour Stop bullying, stop cyberbullying, Safety is trust, The championship of the tolerance and good well, but they was not enough. So was risen the need of following special courses of preventing of violence in school environment.
