The general objective of the project aimed at supporting the participants to gain work experience in a European work environment connected to their field of study-tourism, in order to facilitate professional integration on the labor market, developing their professional and personal communication skills, cooperation in labor relations, cultural competences, in relation to the labor market on the one hand and on the other hand, the creation of regional collaboration models and strategies through the consortium created, increasing the capacity of technical and vocational education institutions involved in providing and forming relevant qualifications for the labor market. The specific objectives of the project were: O1- To improve the professional, personal and linguistic skills in the field of tourism for 30 students from VET high schools partner in the consortium through internships in travel agencies O 2- To create a sustainable partnership for the high schools with vocational and technical education in Valea Jiului for better cooperation and mobility at the local, national and European level O3- Facilitating the insertion of young people into the labor market by promoting the recognition of skills acquired through transnational mobility.
The project was called Internships in the Travel agencies It was coordinated by the Euroeduas Association from Petrosani. The project proposed the professional development for 30 VET trainees from the high schools of the VET+ consortium through the development of knowledge, enabled, specific aptitudes in the field of Tourism, the "Technician in Tourism" qualification, in order to obtain competent professional, personal, socio-cultural yes linguistics and creating a partnership with companies and organizations that offer professional training. The purpose of the project resulted from a real need for a form of competence at the European standards of high school students, in the field of tourism, having the qualification: "Technician in Tourism", Qualified Level 4. To create a consortium of 3 VET high schools from the government of an NGO in the VET world, design an agreement focus with specific objectives to start the Erasmus + program for the year 2019 in a day of educational and professional training, to create partnerships with companies who organize their careers form professionals in a specific interest for local and regional dimensions;
