The project "Strengthening the capacity for vocational integration through European training placements" proposed increasing the international and intercultural dimension of training and achieving quality training for 48 students who participated in a 3-week European training placement in companies in Cyprus , which prepared them better to integrate into the national and European labor market. The project responded to the needs of equipping students with the technical knowledge and practical skills required by employers in the regional, national and European labor market, the needs identified at the school level to increase the quality of training and strengthen the European dimension.
The project “Strengthening the capacity for professional insertion through European training placements was based on the objectives of the development and internationalization strategy of the school established in PAS, major decision-making landmarks at national level (RLAI, PRAI, National Reform Program, National Employment Strategy 2013-2020 and is in line with European education policies on education, training and employment (ET 2020, Bruge Communiqué, Agenda for New Skills and Jobs) The project meets the needs of equipping students with the technical knowledge and practical skills required by employers on the regional, national and European labor market, the needs identified at the level school to increase the quality of training and strengthen the European dimension.
