For the 2 proposed objectives: 1) they improved the professional skills of 20 mobility students (15 with disabilities) at a high level, they improved their Italian language, thus facilitating the integration of as many graduates as possible into the labor market and social inclusion. 2) the strategy of our institution has been improved to increase the number of European projects, to develop an attractive and competitive system for future students, which offers quality education and professional training services and graduates with the status of active European citizens, thus contributing to reducing school dropout. We currently have 3 projects financed through the Erasmus+ Program (2019, 2020, 2021) and we have noticed that the students started to want to go to such a project and are no longer absent from school, we also have students who wanted to they transferred to another high school but they still stayed with us because they were participants in the project. By implementing this project, we wanted to set a good example of the inclusion of young people with disabilities, those with a precarious financial situation or young people from placement centers.
Our school center applied for this project because it wanted to give a chance to students with special needs. They come from disorganized families, without material possibilities and from Placement Centers. It all started with a question from one of my students, (a student with SEN from a Placement Center) during leadership class: "Ma'am, why don't we go by plane?", a question that I tried to answer I give the answer that they will go, they will visit, they will do..., a simple question that gave me insomnia for a long time and that found its solution through an Erasmus+ project. That is precisely why, through this project, we wanted to: - increasing the number of students with and without disabilities with a high level of professional, social, personal development, entrepreneurial - increasing the motivation of students and graduates with or without disabilities to continue their studies, to integrate into the labor market, to develop a sustainable lifestyle in order to face the problems -European collaborations with economic agents that will become models of good practice for economic agents in the local community, which do not have tutors or experience and availability in the education of students with disabilities
