The need for this project arose for several reasons: 1.The European labour market is significantly influenced by global economic changes, with implications for the skills and competences that young graduates need to have for employment. 2. The school prepares graduates for the fields of Textiles, Mechanics and Construction, Installations and Works, for which the training of technical skills is an essential but not sufficient condition for their integration into the labour market. 3. Students also need real work experience and in European companies to develop the knowledge and practical skills needed in the field in which they are training, so that they can acquire professionalism in their chosen profession and become competitive on the European labour market. They need increased language skills and social skills (communication, teamwork, critical thinking), taking responsibility, creativity and entrepreneurship, independent information and documentation that provides openness to self-education, lifelong learning, initiative and entrepreneurship, qualified young people with openness and international experience. .
