The SWOT analysis highlighted the need to develop the cooperation and internationalization activity. The training needs aimed for VET teachers to increase student motivation in the certification of studies. The provision of high-quality education and professional training services, the development of skills and attitudes corresponding to the national/European labor market was pursued. They were demotivated to participate in the certification exams and the teachers did not have the necessary methods for change. The results of the entrepreneurial contests and the motivation for the field were low. The real examples in the area were few and without echo. We wanted to offer a European dimension for the LDC, applied to the 10th grade. Although it was made in collaboration with the representatives of the business environment - the Economic field and implemented for 2 years, it was not successful. The project aimed at the opportunity to train 6 teachers through job shadowing in order to achieve an exchange of ideas on the identified problems. 28 VET students developed entrepreneurial and vocational skills by working with representatives of universities and the business environment.
