The reasons for which LBOR applied for this project derived from the needs of professional and personal training, identified at institutional level for the students from the specialization: mathematics-informatics / intensive informatics. These are : - Impossibility of employment after completing their studies in a qualification in the IT field, although they obtain a professional certificate at the end of school, because their training in school is not based on a curriculum that is correlated to an SPP or OS that offers them this qualification. - lack of professional training in real work environments through practical training internships at EU standards, necessary for the acquisition of specialized digital skills to be validated and recognized in the EU. - lack of entrepreneurial skills to develop the spirit of creativity in the development of the local business environment. - limited possibilities for good communication in the European spirit due to gaps in specialized language and cultural training, given that over 50% of LBOR students come from social backgrounds with a precarious financial situation, which does not allow them to additional training or travel around the EU on your own.
