1. Development of professional and personal competencies for a group of 66 VET learners from "Dimitrie Bolintineanu" Technological High School with a view to increasing young people's adaptability to the requirements of a job, by doing internships in companies/ institutions in Portugal and Poland. 2. Development of professional competencies for 10 teachers from the technological curricular area, by means of their participation in international mobilities so as to create the ideal premises for successfully carrying out the teaching mission. 3. The project "More Skills by Erasmus+!" implemented by Dimitrie Bolintineanu Technological High School, Bolintin Vale aimed to improve the technical,methodological,intercultural and communication skills of our students and teachers.We are the largest educational institution in Giurgiu,providing training opportunities to young people from more than 25 localities,especially from the rural area,in qualifications that are adapted to their abilities but also to the needs of the regional labor market.However,we are facing poor school performance,lack of motivation,early leaving and a low insertion rate on the labor market.In such context we have the responsibility to enhance the level of competence and professional orientation of our students,helping them discover themselves personally and professionally.Thus, we consider that an Erasmus+ VET mobility is the best teaching means to develop their professional,social and intercultural skills but also their personality.We sought,through staff mobilities,to enhance communication skills in English,to ensure exchange of good practices,to enrich the methodical skills and practical knowledge about school-company cooperation so that in the future we can offer an international orientation.
