The OBJECTIVES of the project are: 1. Increasing the level of professional training for 30 VET trainees, in real, performing, European contexts, through the development of knowledge, skills and attitudes, correlated with the units of learning results, specific to the service field, through practical mobility activities, 3 streams lasting 19 days, with 3 accompanying teachers. Objective 100% achieved. 2. Opening students to the European values of education: equal opportunities, tolerance and lifelong education, positive attitude towards different cultures, religions and social environments, which will lead to awareness of similarities and differences in terms of diversity and identity cultural, achieving an inclusive education and improving the learning and discipline results of students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Objective 100% achieved. 3. The development of communication skills in a foreign language at the workplace and in society, leading to increased employment opportunities for graduates. Objective 100% achieved. 4. Increasing the level of pedagogical skills and updating specialized knowledge, personal and social development for 8 VET teachers, 100% achieved objective.
The project EUROPEAN EXPERIENCES IN INTERNSHIPS - INCREASED CHANCES ON THE LABOR MARKET started from the need to gain work experience in a European working environment, ensuring a common language regarding the implementation of a quality technical education, based on learning . through work, regardless of the country belonging to the European Union. It was also proposed to facilitate the professional integration of graduates on the labor market. The context in which the project took place started from the limited resources that the school has to experience real work situations, but also from the lack of involvement of companies in the professional training of employees.
