Background

The 5 high schools are part of the WS Ro network, which allowed the organization to observe their recent evolution. The problem of the 5 high schools: the poor quality of the practical training of the students in the field of agriculture, both in the didactic farms and in the practice partners Effects of the problem: - inability of students to find a job in agriculture after graduation - low attractiveness of agricultural high schools for high school graduates Causes of the problem (needs): - lack of economic sustainability of teaching farms - lack of modern equipment and technologies in teaching farms - the capacity and limited availability of nearby farms to receive students in internships We have identified the following priorities common to the 5 high schools: - to offer practical experience in modern agriculture to both teachers and students, by involving them in mobility projects - adjust learning outcomes to the needs of the labor market, at the level of excellence - to provide students with international learning experiences at European level - provide VET teachers with lifelong learning opportunities These priorities have been assumed for a long time in the activity of the consortium.
