Strategic objectives: O1. Improving the quality of the professional training of a number of 30 students (2 streams) in the automotive field, the qualifications: automotive transport technician (mechanical profile) and automotive electronics electrician technician (electrical profile), who participated in 2 mobilities in order to undergo internships vocational training, for 14 days( for each flow), at specialized schools in Prague (Czech Republic) and Ankara (Turkey), initially in Barcelona-Spain( partner was changed), institutions that provide professional training in cooperation with prestigious companies in the automotive field, in order to acquire knowledge and professional skills, which will later ensure a better insertion on the labor market. The objective was met for both flows, for a number of 30 students (2 more students than the initial value), specifying that the partner from Spain was changed to one from Turkey (Ankara), and the flow of students for this mobility used to be 16 people, because the budget assumed this. All the students obtained certificates of appreciation of their activity, Euro-passes certificates and diplomas of participation. (14 Europass Certificates in Prague and 16 in Ankara).The objective was achieved. O2. Improving communication skills in English for a number of 30 students, who participated in 2 mobilities to participate in practical training courses, for 14 days(for each flow), at specialized schools in Prague (Czech Republic) and Ankara (Turkey), initially being Barcelona- Spain, by immersing them in a multicultural environment, developing empathy and increasing the degree of tolerance towards people belonging to other cultures, religions, ethnicities or with a different sexual orientation, developing a sense of belonging to European values and involvement active in communication. The objective was met for both streams, for 30 students (14 in the Prague stream and 16 in the Ankara one). Linguistic skills in English were found both in the Europass certificates, obtained by the students from the target group, but also in the appreciation of the English teachers in the English classes that followed after the end of the mobility in Prague, reflected in high grades from 9 and 10.The objective was achieved. O3. The development of the institutional capacity to modernize the education process, by integrating project-based learning methods and another type of teacher-student relationship, some that inspire and arouse interest in performance. they provided didactic materials with technical content that were/are used in the classes of the specialized modules. The objective was achieved.
The continuous development of the automotive sector, associated with a deficient practical training of the students enrolled in the automotive profile (in accordance with the poor equipment, with outdated technology of the automotive workshops) prevents the insertion of recent high school graduates on the labor market, employers being concerned to increase their profit, thus employing a workforce already well prepared for the use of modern technical systems. The school applied for the implementation of this project in order to satisfy the needs that arose in this VET field, related to the qualifications of transport technician and automotive electronics electrician technician, in order to develop both, the technical skills and abilities in the automotive field, as well as the linguistic skills in English, of the students of the target group, by carrying out its activities and achieving the proposed objectives, being a priority area of the school, thus aiming at acquiring the knowledge and skills of the students to use the "automatic transmission systems", so used in the current construction of passenger cars worldwide, in compliance with employers' requirements and current European standards.
