According to the European Development Plan and considering the highlighted needs, the objectives of the "Training internships for professional success" project were: General objective: Optimizing the professional and personal training of students and teachers in the field of construction, to improve the initial training of students in order to facilitate the transition of graduates from school to the labor market. Specific objectives: 1. The development of the professional skills of 20 students, the qualification of technical-sanitary and gas installation installer, 10 grade X students for the CDL module "Pipe assembly techniques" and for 10 grade XI students for the CDL module "Evolutions of techniques in construction installations", by doing internships at a professional company in Spain. 2. The development of transversal skills, the ability to adapt in a new and multicultural socio-professional environment, for 20 students and 2 teachers, by certifying the results obtained by participating in a European internship. 3. The development of organizational skills and coordination of the practical training process in the field of construction, for 2 teachers, through job-shadowing activities within a company in Spain. 4. Development through European cooperation of the school's partnership with at least 2 European partners, employers and/or trainers.
The "Training internships for professional success" project aimed at optimizing the results obtained by school students who are preparing in the field of construction, both by perfecting their professional and personal training through the practical experience gained in a European context and by perfecting the teachers' skills in organizing and the development of the students' practical training. Starting from the needs identified for the construction field, recorded in the reports prepared at the school level, respectively, high absenteeism, unsatisfactory school results, problems of adaptation registered to the jobs of students after graduation, it was considered that by carrying out internships in companies of European profile, students can improve their professional training, they can familiarize themselves with the requirements of employers, thus creating the prerequisites for a successful insertion on the labor market after graduation. The improvement of teaching staff in the organization and development of practical training, as well as regarding the specific skills pursued by the profile companies in employees, was appreciated that it could contribute to the preparation of students in accordance with the expectations of internal and external employers, facilitating the success of the transition of students from school to working life .
