Background

The project was born as a consequence of the identification of two essential needs also identifiend by the school Managerial Plan, respectively the PAS (formulated for the period 2018-2021) were also addressed. We mention as essential points the professional development of students and VET professionals, respectively the strategic development of the institution Weaknesses identified: -Lack of quality in the training of economic agents -The large number of hours of theoretical training at the expense of practice in professional and technical education -Weaker results in developing the skills and competencies of students from disadvantaged backgrounds -Reduced use of new teaching/learning tools within the Technology Department (computer platforms, etc.) -Lack of utilization of complex structures of the highschool campus (specialised laboratories, hotel-type accommodation spaces) to their full capacity -Gaps in the institutional efficiency of the management of work committees (due to bureaucratic excess) The Economic College has proposed to increase by 20% in the next 5 years the number of teachers and students who will benefit from European internships and to develop projects that meet the needs of the school.
