1. Empowering a network of 16 trainers, methodologists from the consortium with modern competence at the European level in the digital field or in the psycho-social field by participating in an Erasmus+ course each in accordance with professional needs, personal and institutional improvement. 2. The development of partnerships between CCD IF and 5 European training providers, the exchange of best practices with 40 teachers and experts from the countries participating in the same period in the training courses. 3. Encouraging participation in mobility projects with European funding of staff from rural areas and disadvantaged areas, increasing motivation, increasing school results within the consortium by 15%. 4. The design, conception and realization, based on gathering and adapting all the experiences from the 5 European courses, of a new course, "Life-coaching skills through digital technologies". 5. Increasing the motivation of adults from the Second Chance program, by increasing the frequency of courses by 20%, empowering teachers with Life-coaching skills through digital technologies. 6. Increasing the level of cooperation with local communities and by 30% the number of informed citizens.
Casa Corpului Didactic Ilfov has conceived a European development strategy by creating and implementing a digital ecosystem that includes training methods for courses intended for adults, trainers, teachers who implement remedial education programs with disadvantaged adults, of the Second Chance type. Also for addressing this final target group, with a difficult problem, a strategy was designed to change the mentality of trainers by integrating some behaviors and attitudes taken from the field of life coaching, counseling, adult education (andragogy). The vision of this project consists in the implementation of these two fields, one instrumental (digital) and one of content and depth. Empowerment of a network of 17 trainers with the skills of coaching, interculturality, integration, we inform that it was achieved through the entire set of activities, training mobility achieved. They participated in one Erasmus+ course each, in accordance with the needs of professional, personal and institutional improvement. The network now includes specialized trainers, well connected, both among themselves and at the institutional level, a cohesive group at the consortium level.
