In the preparation phase of “SEE+ the KEY II” project the chosen partners reported similar findings, declaring that most of the youth they talked to consider that entrepreneurship might be the only chance they will ever have. Thus, following the round tables and workshops implemented the consortium identified the following main common needs that the project seeks to address: high youth unemployment which could be alleviated through entrepreneurship, very low level of information about European opportunities, low knowledge of what entrepreneurship is and how it works, low exposure of youth to non-formal educational activities. Part of these problems were tackled during the follow-up phase of “Social Entrepreneurship in Erasmus+ is the Key – SEE the KEY” in 4 participating countries – as half of the participating partners are the same. During “Social Entrepreneurship in Erasmus+ is the Key – SEE the KEY” training we concluded that measures, information and skills to support youth work are not totally adapted to current changes, and there is also a common need for exchange of know-how in social entrepreneurship among our networks. In order to reach that objective we involved 4 new partners. This proposal is based on a project created by a team of 6 youth workers, involved in the training in Constanta. Along with partner organization we developed “SEE+ the KEY II”. Main aim of the project “SEE+ the KEY II” is to provide youth workers knowledge, skills and tools to enable them to facilitate the exchange of best practices and to contribute to the growth of social business / projects initiated by disadvantaged youth. During the project some of the youth workers will have the chance to disseminate the Guide created before and develop a new one – based on the new needs of the involved partners. Specific objectives: 1. Improve the know-how in the social entrepreneurship field among 24 youth workers, through exchange of best practices during 7 days of training; 2. Increase no. of projects / social businesses (involving disadvantaged young people), through the formation of 24 youth workers in entrepreneurial skills / European funds, as well as through financing consultancy, during 10 months; 3. Develop the organizational capacity of 8 partners through exchange of best practices and international cooperation, promotion and dissemination of the created materials and specific activities (workshops held in follow-up phase), during 10 months. Other Objectives: to develop participants’ skills in non-formal education with young people with low opportunities and create methods for labor market inclusion. Objectives of the activities related to the project objectives: A. Preparation phase (3 weeks before the mobility) - identify issues they / partners face in the integration of disadvantaged young people into labor market; identification and sharing of good experienced practices among youth workers. B. Mobility, 7 days - acquire information and materials related to creating social plans / projects, models to develop skills to adapt methods to the disadvantaged young people's profile and community needs; acquire presentations and argumentation skills; evaluate the situations in which they can implement social policies; apply non-formal methods for supporting / presenting the created proposals; identify new working platforms / methods that support social entrepreneurship. By preparing and implementing the local activities, they will identify ways to promote social entrepreneurship. These will be multiplied in the follow-up phase, by initiating a campaign on the subject of social entrepreneurship. C. Dissemination and follow-up - participants will contribute to multiplication of the project "SEE+ the KEY II" by identifying the elements that will appear in the Guide (even during the mobility period). During the follow-up and dissemination period youth workers will contribute to its realization and dissemination - by organizing minimum 1 action in their community. During the dissemination and follow-up period, they will train other youth workers with the help of “SEE+ the KEY II” Guide, thus increasing the number of youth workers who can support training programs on social entrepreneurship - for disadvantaged young people (Rroma / minorities / migrants / refugees / from rural areas). The project will achieve the proposed objectives and learning outcomes because the mobility sessions are planned and executed directly by all partners, with the direct consultation / involvement of interested youth workers in the project and with the help of complex analyses implemented in the preparation phase of the project (June 2018 – November 2018).
