Objectives

The "Pathways towards YOUr Career" project started from the experience of the project team and the partners who joined it, in view of the professional difficulties they faced in pursuing their activities after graduation. In the context of some demanding educational cycles, it is difficult for many young people to find a job or even to set up themselves if they want to work in a professional field without practical experience. Thus, the idea of volunteering and internships has become more and more popular, a win-win activity on both sides - both the professional and the younger ones in search to gain experience. To be accepted into an internship or volunteer in an NGO association, it is necessary to apply by sending a resume, and when the situation requires it, a cover letter must be present on the CV, as well as by participating in a group and/or individual interview. From this point of view, the Association can, together with partner organizations, develop this project to support the young people's need to identify their professional aspirations by identifying the profile of the participants and to link them with the local, national, or European, but the most important aspect of promoting and developing the personal marketing of participants. The project aims to exchange mobility among 30 young people from 5 countries, following the activities carried out, achieving the following objectives: 1. Raising awareness of the importance of knowing the professional profile and personality traits in choosing a job 2. Developing the skills to develop a Curriculum Vitae and a letter of intent among the 30 participants during mobility 3. Improving the personal performance of managing a job interview and Promote personal brand/marketing to get a job
