Our project came as a response to one of the main challenges in the community activities - the lack of motivation of young people to engage in volunteer activities. the development of the community, considering that this is not their problem, because the decisions are taken by the people from the town hall and no one takes into account their proposals. The aim of the project is to make the young participants become motivated and aware that they have the responsibility to engage in civic and volunteer activities. inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, sustainable development of local communities. The objectives of the project are: O1: Stimulate the motivation of the 56 young participants in the exchange, from July 19-28, 2019, to engage in civic and volunteer activities in local decision-making. O2: Improving the knowledge of the 56 young participants in the exchange, from July 19-28, 2019, on the contribution of volunteering and active citizenship to the development of local partner communities. O3: Developing the skills of the 56 young participants in the exchange between 19-28 July 2019 to initiate, organize and implement civic and volunteer activities with young people to develop local communities. O4: Promoting volunteering and active citizenship by the 56 young people participating in the exchange, involving young people in the development of partner partner communities during and after funding.
