The idea of this project came as a result of the close interaction that youth workers from the six partner organizations have with youth in their community. A constant problem in our discussions with youth is that of employability. Whether we are talking about youth who have difficulty with the baccalaureate exam, whether we are talking about those who finish the faculty, but they fail to find a job, more and more youth in our communities face the problem of employability. According to Eurostat: "Youth unemployment rates are generally much higher, even double or more than double rates than unemployment rates for all ages" (http://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/statistics-explained/index.php/Unemployment_statistics#Youth_unemployment_trends ). According to the latest statistics (May 2018) in countries such as Croatia, Bulgaria, Poland, Latvia, Tucia and Romania, the youth unemployment rate is very high - 23.6% Croatia, Bg - 11.12% 10.2%, Latvia - 10.7% and Turkey 16.9% (source: https://www.statista.com/statistics/266228/youth-unemployment-rate-in-eu-countries/) - rates much above the EU average. The National Institute of Statistics has published a statistic stating that at the end of 2017, unemployment among youth (15-24 years old) in Romania is very high, 20%. Moreover, according to the latest press release on the subject, they claim that "The unemployment rate among youth aged 15-24 represents 26% of the total number of unemployed estimated at the end of 2017." (http://www.insse.ro /cms/sites/default/files/com_presa/com_pdf/somaj_bim_dec17r.pdf). It is important to note that these statistics refer only to the unemployed youth, certainly the number of youth NEETs who do not have a job is much higher. According to statistics, in Europe, on the same age segment (15-24), 6.3 million youth were considered Neet (not working, not in education or training) representing 19% of all youth in 2017. (Source: http: //ec.europa.eu/social/main.jsp? Catid = 1036) After analyzing all these statistics and realizing that lack of a job is an important issue among youth, we decided to focus our attention at micro level on our communities. Together with the project team, we made a questionnaire that we applied to youth in our communities (see point E). Its results were a crucial point in writing the project. Together with partner organizations, together with youth in the community, motivated to be part of the effort to improve youth unemployment, I started writing this project. After analyzing the questionnaires, the statistics and the SWOT analysis of the organizations, we managed to formulate the problem we want to answer through this project: " youth have difficulty entering the labor market." The questionnaires were made in partner organizations and within local communities by the partners. We have created the problem tree and identified the main causes: youth do not know how to look for and recognize a job that is right for them, they do not know how to create a CV that emphasizes the experience and the qualities they have and they do not know how to hold an interview . Based on these causes, we have set the objectives of the project: In the project writing, 2-3 youth from each partner were involved, youth who were facing the above problems and were already selected as participants: Objective of the project: 1. All 44 youth participants will be able to correctly use at least 3 country-specific job search platforms and will understand how they can correlate the skills they have with the employer's search profile for 8 days of activities through methods of nonfromal education. 2. The 44 youth will have a correct Europass CV and a cover letter that can be adapted for different jobs for 8 days of nonfromal education. 3. The 44 youth will understand the steps you need to follow to get an interview and improve your communication skills during your 8-day interview with activities: Adapt your CV, Motivation Letter, Interview and other non-formal education methods 4. At least 80% of the youth participants will apply at least 32 jobs, 65% will be interviewed and at least 40% will get the job they want. * we have set a series of indicators for measure these goals (see the Evaluation section) The objectives are aligned with ob. E +: ● Supports youth pax. of competencies aimed at dec. their personal development but also the increase of employment opportunities on the labor market. Following the project, participants will take concrete steps towards finding a job. ● Increase employability and improve career prospects for youth. Discussions on how we choose a career, analysis based on personality tests and personal experiences will help youth better choose the next job, ● Through this project, we also try to address the priority: supporting the employability of youth with fewer opportunities (NEET)
