The project “Mindfulness& Calligraphy" aims to facilitate for the young participants the acquirement of creative non-formal education methods in the field of mindfulness and graphic facilitation through calligraphy. These non-formal education methods will be used in the process of dissemination and exploitation of Erasmus+ projects` results. Although social media is usually used in the dissemination of Erasmus+ projects and young people use extensively social media, according to the study “Internet addiction disorder among adolescents and young adults: the picture in Europe and prevention strategies” Spain, Romania and Poland have a high internet addiction prevalence and do not use social media in a constructive way. Social media can be used as a means of relaxation, but relaxation and satisfaction can be achieved to a greater extent through other educational activities such as graphic art, mindfulness techniques, calligraphy.
