Throughout the entire project we pursue the purpose: diminishing any kind of discrimination by facilitating access to the social life of the target group. We will achieve this goal through the following objectives: O1. Developing empathetic and receptive attitudes among participants and their involvement in recruitment to the partner associations of 5 discriminated people. O2. Raising awareness of the negative effects of unresolved issues by creating in each partner country a local pro-tolerance initiative group . O3. Motivate participants to involve in one anti-discrimination local project, until 31 january 2020. To achieve the objectives and fulfill the purpose we maintain effective communication between partners and participants, and will run from 11 to 23 octomber 2019 actual activities based on non-formal methods such as teambuilding, acting, photovoice, presentations and debates, thematic discussions and open space, live library, group work, brainstorming and flashmobs . The diversity of methods and activities that is suitable taking into account the specific topic of the project and a youth exchange. The whole project duration will be 7 months from 1/8/19 to 28/2/20 and up will include several stages: preparatory, stage of activities and evaluation phase, dissemination and reporting, and project complexity requires and maintaining effective communication between partners and participants. The role of facilitators in all phases and throughout the entire project will be granted the group leaders. They will monitor the activity of participants in each of the three stages and in all activities, they will strengthen national groups and multicultural group of activities in the period, and will support participants in learning. "Manifest" is coming to encourage the participants and the target group to behave tolerant empathize with others facing problem of discrimination or exclusion, spreading are friendly interaction, stimulate dialogue and promote mobility program Erasmus +, Union diversity in all its forms, relying on the exchange of experience.
